Designed for Real Independence

This purpose-built High Physical Support SDA home has been carefully designed to support participants with complex physical needs, without sacrificing comfort, warmth, or liveability. Every space has been designed to work intuitively, allowing the home to function smoothly day-to-day while still feeling calm, modern, and residential.

This is disability housing done properly.

Open-Plan Living, Kitchen & Dining

At the heart of the home is a spacious open-plan kitchen, dining and living area designed for ease of movement and shared living.

Wide circulation paths, durable flooring and clear sightlines make the space highly functional for mobility aids, while large windows and sliding doors bring in natural light and create a relaxed, open feel. The kitchen is modern and practical, with ample bench space, high-quality appliances, and thoughtful storage, supporting both independent and assisted use.

A second living area at the front of the home provides flexibility—ideal for quiet time, visitors, or support needs without disrupting the main living space.

Participant Bedrooms & Private Ensuites

The home includes two generously sized participant bedrooms, each designed to meet High Physical Support requirements.

Each bedroom features:

  • Excellent circulation space for mobility equipment
  • Built-in robes with easy access
  • Wall-mounted television points
  • Direct access to a private, fully accessible ensuite

The ensuites include level-access showers, reinforced walls, grab rails, slip-resistant flooring and compliant fixtures, supporting dignity, safety and long-term usability.

Dedicated Support & Overnight Assistance

A separate On-site Overnight Assistance (OOA) room is thoughtfully positioned away from participant bedrooms, allowing support staff to be close when needed while maintaining privacy and independence.

The OOA room includes its own ensuite and is well located for responsive support without feeling intrusive.

Additional Spaces & Storage

The home also offers:

  • A separate study / multipurpose room, suitable for therapy, support coordination, hobbies or quiet retreat
  • A functional, accessible laundry
  • Multiple linen and storage areas throughout
  • A secure double garage with internal access

Each space has been designed to add real, usable value to everyday living.

Private Outdoor Space

The backyard is level, fully fenced and directly accessible from the main living area. This private outdoor space is easy to use, low-maintenance, and suitable for relaxation, activities, or time with visitors. The layout also allows for future customisation to suit individual needs.

Set within a quiet residential area of Drouin, the home is close to essential services and transport:
