- Zero RRC (Reasonable Rent Contribution) for the first 12 months
- Zero CRA (Commonwealth Rent Assistance) for the first 12 months

Dedicated OOA Room with Private Ensuite
Onsite Overnight Assistance is provided via a separate carer’s room, complete with its own ensuite — ensuring privacy for residents while enabling 24/7 support.
