Both participant bedrooms offer generous circulation for powered mobility, structural ceiling support for future hoists, accessible-height power and data points, built-in robes, low-sill windows, and split-system air-conditioning. Each suite includes its own accessible ensuite featuring hobless showers, full reinforcement for future rails and supports, non-slip flooring, compliant WC layouts, accessible vanities, and bright, low-glare lighting.

Living & Support Areas

The main living/dining/kitchen zone is open, bright, and designed for movement — with wide turning spaces, low-sensory lighting, and direct step-free access to the outdoor pavilion. A second living room functions as a quiet media or retreat space for individual routines or therapy.

The OOA bedroom sits near the front of the home with quick access to the living zones and includes its own private staff ensuite, data provision, and acoustic insulation for uninterrupted rest between support periods.
