A Home Built for Independence, Privacy & Everyday Living

112A Wheatsheaf Road is a newly completed High Physical Support home designed to give participants the freedom to live comfortably and safely with 24/7 support. Step-free access flows throughout the entire layout, connecting private participant spaces, open living areas, and calm outdoor zones in a way that feels natural, modern, and homely.

Private Participant Suites

The home features two spacious participant bedrooms, each positioned for privacy and designed for complex physical needs. Both rooms include hoist-ready structural support, low-sill windows for natural light, accessible-height power points, built-in robes, and durable low-sensory finishes.
Each bedroom connects to its own fully accessible ensuite with hobless roll-in showers, slip-resistant flooring, reinforced wall sheeting, compliant WC layouts, accessible vanities, and wide circulation space for wheelchairs and shower commodes.

Calm, Connected Living Spaces

Two separate living areas give participants flexibility and choice.
The main open-plan lounge flows directly to the rear alfresco and backyard, offering wide turning circles, soft natural light, and a low-sensory colour palette. A second lounge at the front of the home provides a quiet retreat or sensory-regulation space — ideal for participants needing a calmer environment throughout the day.

An Accessible, Support-Friendly Kitchen

The kitchen is designed for both supported and independent use, featuring wide step-free movement, an accessible oven position, induction cooktop, drawer-style dishwasher, clear bench space, and easy-reach cabinetry. It sits at the heart of the home, making daily routines and SIL meal preparation smooth and safe.

24/7 Support with a Dedicated OOA Room

A dedicated Onsite Overnight Assistance room sits at the front of the property, giving support teams quick access to the entry and participant areas while maintaining privacy within the home. The room includes data provision, quick mobilisation space, and access to a nearby full bathroom — ensuring efficient, unobtrusive support at all hours.

Outdoor Areas Designed for Ease & Safety

The home offers two alfresco zones — one at the rear overlooking the secure backyard, and another positioned to the side for additional quiet outdoor space. Both areas feature level access, slip-resistant surfacing, and low-maintenance landscaping. The backyard is fully fenced, flat, and designed for safe mobility and independent outdoor time.
